Our customer asked us to check all the RJ45 wall network sockets and mount a new rack in a location that already had a computer installation done.
We checked each and every one of the 220 RJ45 wall network sockets , both on the side of the patch pannels and on the walls and columns that had the connection boxes. What we found in the server room was this:
And once our work finished, it looked like this. The switches, the bottom platform and the cables that connect them were still missing, but this is a minor work.
You can see the installed and numbered patch panels, keeping the original numbering as requested by the client, the plugs with a protected switch and 3 patch panels on the back,
no used at the moment, because the other side did not go anywhere now.
